2-3 brand new, 30-minute, weekly workouts. Each workout consists of 10 rounds of three minutes. The rounds are constructed with the best forms of exercise from boxing, yoga, pilates and HIIT interval training. All these exercises you doing it with your own DISQ with the resistance of your choice.
